In 2010, Joe and Lisa Broder, a married couple from Bözen in Aargau, came up with an idea. After Joe Broder had many years of experience in the mountain bike business, he wanted to do something that was crazy at the time, but also ambitious. Together with his wife he founded the jb Racing Team.

Today, 12 years later, the Broders are still at the top of the «jb Brunex Superior Factory Racing Team», which has meanwhile arrived in the top World Cup elite. Joe is considered an excellent trainer, who is particularly concerned about the youngsters. The many successes achieved at this level also testify to this, such as numerous Swiss European and world championship titles or now Simona Spesna's U19 European championship title recently achieved.

With countless hours of work without pay, a lot of heart and soul and passion as well as an irrepressible will, Joe and Lisa Broder have succeeded in taking the team to the top step. The "jb Brunex Superior Factory Racing Team" produced world-class athletes such as Olympic silver medalist Sina Frei, World Championships bronze medalist Thomas Litscher or marathon world champion Ramona Forchini and enjoys an excellent reputation in the scene.
